⏱ 1. Attendance, Rescheduling & Punctuality

Guidelines regarding class timings, leaves, and make-up sessions.

Rule 1.1: Punctuality and Timelines
Students must log in to their assigned Zoom/Google Meet classroom 2 to 3 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Classes run for a strict duration of 30 minutes. Tutors will wait a maximum of 10 minutes for late arrivals.
Rule 1.2: Advance Leave Notification Policy
If a student cannot attend a scheduled lesson, notice must be provided via WhatsApp or Email at least 4 hours in advance. Prior notice allows the academy to schedule make-up sessions subject to tutor availability.
Rule 1.3: Unannounced Absences & Missed Classes
Classes missed without prior notice (unannounced absence) will not be refunded or rescheduled. Tutors are allocated specific time slots, and unexcused absences result in forfeited session time.

💳 2. Monthly Fee Payment & Refund Terms

Policies governing tuition schedules, payment methods, and cancellations.

Rule 2.1: Monthly Fee Payment Due Dates
Monthly tuition fees must be paid in advance during the first 5 days of each billing cycle (calendar month). Failure to settle dues by the 7th of the month may result in temporary class suspension.
Rule 2.2: Accepted Payment Gateways
OQLC Academy accepts secure payments via direct international bank transfers, Payoneer, debit/credit cards, and local mobile account services. Payment receipts should be submitted to the accounts team via WhatsApp.
Rule 2.3: Refund and Subscription Cancellation Policy
Tuition fees are non-refundable once the monthly billing cycle has commenced. Students wishing to pause or discontinue classes must inform administration 7 days prior to the start of the next billing month.

📖 3. Student Code of Ethics & Online Conduct

Maintaining adab (respect) and focus during Sacred Quran lessons.

Rule 3.1: Respect and Adab During Class
Students are expected to observe Islamic etiquette (Adab-ul-Quran) during classes. Proper modest dress, Wudu (purity), and an environment free from background noise are required.
Rule 3.2: Parental Supervision for Young Children
For children under 7 years of age, a parent or guardian is advised to stay nearby during the initial few weeks to assist with device operation and maintain student focus.
Rule 3.3: Direct Tutor Communication Policy
All administrative matters, fee queries, schedule adjustments, and tutor replacements must be routed directly through OQLC Academy official management and not privately negotiated with assigned tutors.

🛡 4. Free Trial Terms & Privacy Guidelines

Rules regarding trial sessions and female student security.

Rule 4.1: 3-Day Free Trial Session Terms
Each newly registered student is eligible for a 3-day complimentary trial period. No advance payment or credit card details are required for the trial. Continued attendance after 3 days requires formal enrollment.
Rule 4.2: Privacy and Security Standards for Sisters
OQLC Academy guarantees complete privacy for female students. Female students are paired with female Quran teachers. Video recording or unauthorized broadcasting of live sessions is strictly prohibited.

Tuition fees are collected in advance during the first 5 days of each monthly billing cycle via secure channels including international bank transfers, Payoneer, debit/credit cards, and mobile payments. Tuition fees support tutor scheduling and digital infrastructure and are non-refundable once the billing month commences.

Classroom Discipline, Privacy & Female Tutor Safeguards

  • Islamic Adab & Etiquette: Students are required to join lessons in modest dress, with Wudu, in quiet surroundings.
  • Female Tutor Security: Sister students and kids are assigned certified female scholars (Alimahs/Hafizas) with strict privacy guarantees.
  • Direct Management Contact: All schedule changes, billing inquiries, and tutor queries must be communicated via official OQLC administration.
